Kendell is native to upstate South Carolina. She holds a BA in Painting and Drawing from Anderson University, in Anderson, South Carolina. Her work has been exhibited in various juried shows and group exhibits regionally. She serves as executive director at Belton Center for the Arts, a nonprofit arts center in Belton, SC.
